Refund & Returns Policy

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 3 days receipt of delivery on 0203 9712 443 or by email info@madisonandmayfair.co.uk.

The return cost of faulty items will be covered by Madison & Mayfair. We will offer a replacement and will also collect the faulty product upon delivery of the new one.

Please contact us within 5 working days to resolve the issue of damaged or faulty items.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with all your purchases from Madison & Mayfair. But if you do change your mind or you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with a completed returns form within 28 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to include your completed returns form to help our team identify your order. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange.

Please note, it takes up to five business days to process a return, although this may be longer without a completed returns form.

Items need to be returned in the original packaging and condition. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Madison & Mayfair, Ustun House, Waddington Way, Aldwarke, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S65 3SH.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
