How brilliant the customer service was and how perfect the product was.I had an idea to hang my daughters garter from the monkey's tail in the bridal party room. I ordered the monkey on the Sunday and emailed explaining I needed it by the Thursday for my daughters wedding on the Friday. I had a response within the hour saying they would do all they could to make it happen. They were true to their word as it arrived on the Wednesday after several updates from them letting me know where it was. If you want a quirky idea for the bridal room , the monkey fits the bill. The photographers thought it was brilliant as did my daughter. A huge thank you for making it happen. It was a little extra thing to add fun to the day.
